I love cooking and am constantly on the look-out for new recipes. When I find something good, I find I want to share it, hence this part of the blog. Very often the recipe will be seasonal (for the UK at least) and made up of ingredients local to me and so I have divided the recipes into the seasons (see the dropdown menu), although of course you’re free to cook them any time of the year!
I make no pretence at originality – these are recipes I’ve come across in books and magazines (I try to reference them where appropriate) – and I hope you enjoy them.
